
Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill believes that ongoing operations support is very important to the success of their franchisees. To this end, we developed a comprehensive operations department that is dedicated to the success of their franchisees. Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill provides each franchisee with a "hands-on" Franchise Operations Consultant (FOC) who serves as the franchisee's link to the Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill corporate office and our Operations Support. The FOC has access to all Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill departments... including finance, real estate, construction, marketing, operations, human resources and training. In other words, the franchisee benefits from having one source to consult.
FOC’s are responsible for facilitating the franchisee's efforts. Each FOC is assigned to no more than 12-15 restaurants allowing the FOC to concentrate on helping the franchisee build their business.
To implement the corporate growth and franchising program of Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill, we will create a support and staffing structure that will grow in step with the expansion of the concept. Certain functions may be outsourced (marketing, merchandising, food purchasing). We will identify labor and food cost issues and implement new training and cost effective programs immediately to control these costs without negatively impacting guest satisfaction.
We believe that profits will come from your ability to create strong managers and employees, forge win-win partnerships with your suppliers, and serve the high quality of foods the customers have come to expect. To accomplish this goal we will conduct a full-scale operational audit of all stores on a quarterly basis.
We have a fully trained and functional Operations Department ready to begin the task of building the Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill concept into a national brand. The Operations Department will work with our franchisees to help ensure their success. This includes but is not limited to the following:
