
As part of the Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ Franchise Program, we offer full Project Management of each of your franchise stores. Our
experienced Project Management team directs the development activities, tracks
the progress of each element, and provides a seamless flow from site selection
through Grand Opening.
We begin with the architectural design phase. Our
in-house architectural team ensures the layout meets all of Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ criteria and develops construction drawings to be approved by you, the
franchisee, Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ and the appropriate local and federal
governing agencies.
After we receive the initial layout of your new store,
our Project Management team will assist you in the procurement of all equipment
required to operate the franchise. Our national equipment supplier will work to
ensure that you are receiving the appropriate equipment at the most competitive
price.
Our Project Management team monitors the construction
process throughout to ensure all work is completed to the standards set by
Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™ and applicable building codes.
At the conclusion of construction you, Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill™, the architect and the contractor will conduct a final sign-off inspection of the store. The inspection allows for all parties to review the build-out, the equipment and the readiness of your store to open.
